Unlike traditional applicators, this design uses molded liquid silicone to create a soft, gel-like tip. This unique surface compresses slightly on contact, allowing the applicator to follow the natural contours of the skin and distribute product more evenly—without dragging or excess buildup.
The result is a controlled, clean application experience that works well for premium lip glosses, tints, and similar formulations. The surface remains smooth during use, and because the product is dispensed directly through the applicator, it reduces the need for separate applicator tools. The format is compact and intuitive, making it suitable for both everyday use and more refined product positioning. It is available in both beveled and flat tube designs, depending on the desired aesthetic and application profile.

Specifications
The liquid silicone applicator tube is composed of four main components: the tube body, middle sleeve, liquid silicone applicator, and overcap. The silicone applicator is first molded to the desired design, then laminated and assembled with a structural base before being integrated into the tube head. Assembly is currently performed manually, requiring precise orientation and placement of each component to ensure proper fit and function.

Materials
- Tube body: polyethylene (PE). Sustainable options include up to 50% post-consumer recycled (PCR) content or 100% sugarcane-based PE.
- Applicator:liquid silicone. Designed with a soft, gel-like durometer that compresses on contact, enabling conformity to lip contours for smooth, even product distribution and controlled application.
- Overcap: polypropylene (PP). Designed as a snap-fit cap to securely seal the applicator, protecting it from contamination and preventing product leakage. Can be produced with up to 100% PCR PP depending on finish and compatibility requirements.

All tube decorations can be applied to this liquid silicone applicator tube, including soft touch, offset printing, flexography, hotstamping, silkscreen, glossy & matte lacquering, PS labeling, shrink sleeve.
